She is currently coordinator of the Graduate Program in Administration (2015 – current), professor at the University of Vale do Itajaí (1996-current), head of the Strategy and Performance Research Group (GEEP) of the institution. Reviewer for the CNPq, CAPES and Fapesc and for several national and international journals. He is part of the investment committee of PREVISC – Previdência Complementar (2018 – current). She was administrative and financial director of ANPAD for three years 2015-2017. She was part of the CAPES evaluation committee in the field of administration of the 2010-2012 triennial, APCN 2013. She was editor-in-chief of  Revista Alcance. Emerald Literati Award in 2019 – with the article Corporate Governance ANPAD Award – Best theoretical-empirical research work of ENANPAD 2004. Student Merit for obtaining the best performance index in the undergraduate course in Economics – UFSC.
