Industries

Our project conducts research and studies the following industrial sectors.

Aerospace

The aerospace industry involves the design, production, and maintenance of aircraft, with a focus on technological innovation to improve the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of air transport. Aircraft manufacturing requires complex engineering processes, prioritizing quality and safety. In Brazil, Embraer stands out in the production of commercial, military, and executive aircraft, with a strong international presence. The Brazilian industry invests in new technologies to optimize aircraft performance and reduce environmental impact. In France, Airbus leads the production of commercial aircraft, recognized for its innovation and sustainable practices. The country is also a hub for research and development in the sector, with an emphasis on energy efficiency and emission reduction.

Cocoa

The chocolate industry encompasses the entire process, from the cultivation of cocoa to the final production of the product. The Bean-to-Bar model, in turn, involves the manufacturing of chocolate directly from the cocoa bean to the bar, with a focus on premium chocolates and a commitment to sustainability and transparency. Bean-to-Bar chocolates prioritize sustainable practices, such as the use of few natural ingredients and fair payment to producers, as well as ensuring full transparency throughout the production chain, allowing consumers to know where the cocoa comes from and who is behind the chocolate production. In Brazil, cocoa is primarily cultivated in Bahia and Pará, with Bean-to-Bar chocolate production highlighted in regions such as Santa Catarina. In France, this model is synonymous with excellence and innovation, with an emphasis on artisanal and fine chocolates.

Wine

The wine industry encompasses the cultivation of grapes (viticulture) and the production of wines (winemaking), being a strategic sector in both France and Brazil. In France, regions such as Bordeaux, Bourgogne, and Occitania are global benchmarks, blending tradition and innovation in winemaking. In Brazil, areas like the Vale dos Vinhedos (RS), Serra Catarinense (SC), and Vale do São Francisco have stood out, combining innovation and adaptation to the tropical climate in winemaking.
