International Mobility – Prof. Claudia Beatriz Batschauer da Cruz (Post-Doctoral Researcher, UNIVALI)

From September to December 2025, Prof. Claudia Beatriz Batschauer da Cruz, Post-Doctoral Researcher at UNIVALI, is taking part in international mobility activities in France. As part of the project, she is collaborating with Prof. Mariana Bassi Suter on a joint research that investigates the role of institutions in shaping the country-of-origin image and promoting the internationalization of firms, with data collection currently being conducted among French companies. The mobility agenda also includes collaborative initiatives between French and Brazilian research teams, hosted at TBS Education (Toulouse) and Burgundy Business School, such as seminars on entrepreneurship and innovation in Brazil. In addition, at the invitation of Dr. Louise Curran, Professor of International Business at TBS Education, Prof. Claudia will deliver a lecture on Brazil’s challenges in the current geopolitical turmoil and the potential for doing business in the country.

International Mobility – Neuza Wagner Doctoral Researcher, UNIVALI

From February to July 2026, Neuza Wagner, Doctoral Researcher at UNIVALI, undertook an international research mobility Provided by CAPES at TBS Education in France as part of the research activities focused on the aerospace industry.
During this period, she developed research activities in collaboration with Professor Dr. Cordula Barzantny, at TBS Education, focusing on foresight approaches and the future prospects of the aerospace industry.
The mobility provided opportunities for field-based research and engagement with industry stakeholders, including a visit to the Airbus industrial plant, interviews with aerospace industry professionals, and participation in seminars and conferences focused on transportation and aerospace. These activities contributed to strengthening the connection between academic research and industry perspectives, while fostering international knowledge exchange and collaboration.

International Mobility – Angelica Patel da Rosa Doctoral Researcher, UNIVALI

From March to December 2026, Angelica Patel da Rosa, Doctoral Researcher at UNIVALI, is undertaking an international research mobility at TBS Education in France as part of the TSCOI project.
During this period, she is conducting research activities in collaboration with TBS Professor Dr. Mariana Bassi-Suter, investigating the pressures and transformations shaping the wine industry in an increasingly international and dynamic environment. The mobility also includes participation in international business and wine conferences, scientific visits to wineries and wine-related events, as well as interviews with wine cluster stakeholders and industry professionals. These activities provide valuable field-based insights and contribute to strengthening international academic and industry collaboration within the project. The mobility contributes to strengthening academic collaboration between UNIVALI and TBS Education, while advancing the project's research agenda through knowledge exchange, joint research activities, and international scientific engagement.

Work Mobility – Prof. Dr. Mariana Bassi-Suter and Prof. Dr. Yasmine El Alami

From August to September 2026, Prof. Dr. Mariana Bassi-Suter and Prof. Dr. Yasmin El Alami joined the Brazilian project team for research and field activities in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

During the mobility period, the professors conducted scientific visits to wineries and engaged with the Wines of Brazil association, strengthening collaboration with key stakeholders in the Brazilian wine industry.
