She has been a professor of Internationalization Strategy in UNIVALI’s postgraduate management programs since 1998. Visiting professor at the University of Florence (Italy) since 2013 and at the University of Halmstad (Sweden) since 2017. She has published in leading journals such as International Business Review (IBR), Journal of Business Research (JBR), Critical Perspectives on International Business and International Journal of Emerging Markets.

She is co-author of the Palgrave Handbook of Corporate Sustainability in the Digital Era (2021).

She served on the Board of Directors of the Academy of International Business – Latin America and the Caribbean Chapter 2018-2021 (AIB-LAC) and was elected National Representative (Brazil) of the AIB-LAC (2021-2024) . He also leads the Research Group on Internationalization and Strategy (NEINTE) which focuses on the following research themes: FDI and multinationals in emerging economies; regional and multinational clusters in emerging economies; Time, speed and permanence in international trade, internationalization of technology companies.
