The II WarmUp AIB-LAC 2025 and I EIBA Seminar took place on May 9th and 10th, 2024, at Univali on Campus Itajaí. The event aims to bring together experts and young researchers in the area of international business, with the aim of:
- encourage the development of high-impact and visible research in the context of international business;
- publicize existing international business research groups in Brazil to encourage network research;
- raise awareness and prepare new researchers to participate in international events related to the area, in order to popularize Brazil’s scientific development in this field of study;
- encourage new researchers who do not usually participate in events in English and abroad.
- discuss the quality of national journals in administration and international business and present good practices for inclusion in international research networks;
- present a project supported by government entities such as CAPES and CNPq in research groups;
- bringing academia closer to companies and governments, helping to form synergies in solving the main problems of our society.
